CS RESORT MANAGER in Hamburg, NJ is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile reports from all operations while serving as a front desk agent. The role covers guest support, reservations, and daily financial tasks during a night shift.

The candidate should possess excellent in-person and telephone communication, be outgoing and organized, and present a professional appearance. Availability for 11pm-7am is required, with employee discounts on club memberships, dining/retail, stays, and event

The Crystal Springs Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all reports generated from all operations while performing duties as a front desk agent.

This consists of, but is not limited to:

• Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
• Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
• Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
• Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area
