Job summary

ARK in Davenport, FL is seeking a night auditor who blends numbers with hospitality excellence. You will produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and perform routine accounting tasks for the hotel.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Computer proficiency required; accounting or reservation software preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
• Great communications and excellent customer service skills are required
• Diploma or equivalent from high school; some college is desired

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
