Description

1. Responsible for the Hotel and Front Desk operations during the overnight shift.
2. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, assigning rooms, updating guest history, confirming payment, checking in guests, making reservations, preparing daily financial reports, balancing transactions, transmitting receipts, and completing shift checklists.
3. Work independently with minimal supervision, problem-solve and troubleshoot guest issues professionally.
4. Assist with guest services to ensure a positive impression of the establishment.
5. Confirm guest satisfaction, close billing, issue receipts, and assist with luggage storage (lifting up to 25 lbs).
6. Provide information about on-site facilities and upcoming events or groups.
7. Perform clerical duties as needed, such as filing, faxing, copying, and mail handling.
8. Verify guest registrations for security purposes.
9. Communicate shift information to ensure thoroughness and meet department objectives.
10. May require overtime and assist in training new Night Auditors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $21.00+ per hour, based on experience.
