The Relief Night staff is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, while maintaining high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role supports night auditor functions such as ensuring accurate billing and running transaction reports, as well as maintaining the safety and security of hotel guests and the entire facility. The position requires shifts during overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

We serve residents in Bow Mar, Columbine Valley, Centennial west of I-25, Littleton, Lone Tree, and Sheridan, as well as unincorporated portions of Douglas, Jefferson, and Arapahoe counties. Our facilities include four full-service recreation centers, golf courses, outdoor pools and restaurants, two ice centers, miniature golf courses, a botanical garden event center, a BMX track, a sports dome, batting cages, an entertainment center, a hotel, and a nature center. We also maintain nearly 3,800 acres of developed and open space land, including 119 multi-purpose athletic fields, over 100 parks, nearly 80 miles of trails, 60 playgrounds, 56 tennis courts, and the 880-acre South Platte Park.
