Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative Night Audit for the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown St. Paul. This part-time overnight role balances guest service with financial tasks, including check-ins/outs and daily reporting, based in St. Paul, MN.

Starting pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with potential increases at 30, 60, and 90 days for new hires. We offer training, a team-focused culture, and employee recognition as part of a supportive hotel group.

Position: Guest Service Representative Night Audit

We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!
