The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, guest-focused part-time Night Auditor to join its fun-spirited team in Bloomington, MN. The Night Auditor will support front desk operations, prepare daily revenue reports, balance accounts, and ensure seamless operations for the next day.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of Front Desk or guest services experience, with strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). FSPMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, attentive service to guests at the front desk.
• Prepare daily revenue and PMS reports and balance accounts.
• Enter transactions and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and answer phone calls professionally.
• Resolve guest issues with prompt service recovery.

The pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 based on experience!

As a Night Auditor Front Desk Agent, your dedication to guest satisfaction and meticulous attention to closing and resetting systems will ensure seamless operations the next day and elevate our standards. Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
