Hampton Inn & Suites – Portland / Pearl District is hiring a Guest Service Representative Night Audit in Portland, OR. The role offers a starting rate of $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with increases based on experience. Part-time schedule Thu–Sun nights and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Responsibilities include balancing daily transactions, guest interactions overnight, check-ins/check-outs, and daily financial reporting. Training is provided and prior night audit experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance customer service and financial tasks.
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Previous night auditor or financial role experience is a bonus; training provided.

Position: Guest Service Representative Night Audit
Starting Salary Range: $18.00-$19.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
