Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Manager in Training who will model our mission of Genuine Hospitality. The role involves cross-training with the General Manager and Assistant GM to cover hotel operations, including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services.

You will interact with guests and staff professionally, complete brand training, uphold safety and confidentiality, and participate in profitability practices while maintaining

• Be proficient in hotel operations including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services.
• Complete required brand training and certifications.
• Demonstrate an understanding of profitability.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in every aspect of Hotel Operations including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services; cross-training with the General Manager and Assistant GM to perform property duties.
• Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete all required brand-specific training and certifications; model and supervise staff guest service and hospitality practices.
• Observe daily operational duties as demonstrated by the GM and AGM; report issues and ensure work orders are in place.
• Practice safe working conditions under OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain familiarity with emergency procedures for accidents, fire, bomb threats, weather, and illness of guests.
• Assist any department with heavy workload when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, guest, and company information.
• Maintain a valid Montana Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
