Town Pump Company is seeking a Hotel Manager in Training (M.I.T.) to become proficient in hotel operations, including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services. The role will cross-train with the General Manager and Assistant GM to uphold brand standards and Town Pump’s mission of genuine hospitality.

The position emphasizes customer service, sales of rooms, collaboration across departments, and adherence to safety guidelines while developing leadership

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or retail atmosphere preferred.
• Two-year college education, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in a courteous, professional manner.
• Sell rooms over the phone and in person, explaining amenities and benefits to close the sale.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Marketing, Maintenance, and Food Services to learn policies and procedures.
• Model and supervise staff guest service and hospitality practices.
• Maintain familiarity with all emergency procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete required training and/or certifications.
