Job summary

Avion Hospitality seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop future leaders in hospitality. The MIT will gain hands-on experience across housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage while learning daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation; serving as Manager on Duty; overseeing security and emergencies; and onboarding new employees to uphold brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover 24/7 hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager in Training across departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, Food & Beverage).
• Assist department managers with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing staff and guest interactions, property security, and emergencies.
• Participate in onboarding and training new employees to meet brand standards and safety protocols.
