Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. You will ensure property equipment is functional, maintain guest rooms, and follow Green Shield Binder procedures to complete tasks promptly and to company standards.

You will work with minimal supervision, respond to guest requests, perform routine cleaning as needed, and support safety policies across hotel operations. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills needed.
• Good judgment and guest issue resolution abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality guest experience and ensure all property equipment functions properly.
• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs as directed by Green Shield Binder and management.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and记录 as outlined in the Binder.
• Maintain organized work area and safeguard all tools and inventory.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and ADA guidelines while on site.
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hotel as needed and support other teams.
