Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and follow through per guidelines.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine condition.
• Repair items listed on work orders promptly and professionally.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Follow daily Green Shield Schedule and SOPs.
• Maintain organized tool inventory and work areas.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is functional and inspections are current.
