Job summary

Springhill Suites Dulles, part of B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, seeks a maintenance technician to support engineering operations, assist guests, and protect hotel assets.

You will work with the Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and facilities inspections to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO certification and appliance repair certification desired, or ability to obtain based on property needs.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds; must be available at least one day on the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property assets and equipment under guidance of Chief Engineer.
• Assists guests with requests and provides high-level service.
• Identifies and provides maintenance solutions; evaluates property assets.
• Follows engineering SOPs and works with various managers.
• Ensures safety and compliance with hotel procedures.
