Job summary

Sunrise Hospitality is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a select service hotel in the Shreveport/Bossier City area (65–85 rooms). You will complete daily work orders and PMs, while maintaining pool health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Guest-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance (PMs).
• Maintain hotel pool according to health and safety standards.
• Perform general repairs to a "like new" condition including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior public areas, including daily trash pickup.
• Prioritize and self-manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Use basic computer skills for maintenance logging and reporting.
