Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure guest rooms and all property equipment remain in excellent condition. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and follow safety guidelines to support a reliable guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; coordinating with hotel operations; and ensuring a clean, safe environment for guests and staff. This is a full-time role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform unit conversions and basic math for maintenance tasks.
• Resolve guest issues per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and guest rooms to company standards.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and SOPs.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas as needed.
