Job summary

Residence Inn Ann Arbor North by Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep the property running smoothly and safely. You will handle preventative maintenance, repairs, and daily inspections to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with hotel staff to uphold high standards while following safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Some maintenance experience preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders by guests, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property.
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment to prevent corrosion.
• Hang wall fixtures and replace light bulbs and filters.
• Walk the property—interior and exterior, every morning and evening.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
