Residence Inn Providence Lincoln is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel equipment running smoothly and guest stays comfortable. You will perform general repairs, follow preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to requests while maintaining a good relationship with guests and staff.

The role involves a range of tasks from carpentry to plumbing and electrical work, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely service to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Specialization in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Ability to resolve maintenance issues quickly per brand standards.
• Prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and execute repairs per supervisor.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and masonry tasks.
• Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance schedule and log records.
• Replace worn parts in small machines; assist with moving and storing supplies.
• Keep areas clean; assist with pool, spa, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain relationships with guests and contractors; respond to requests promptly.
