Job summary

Qualifications

- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
- Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
- Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment.
- Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal.
