Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate at the Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. You will perform preventative maintenance tasks, assist with guest and staff requests, and help keep guest rooms and hotel facilities in top condition.

Candidate should have at least 6 months of maintenance experience; hotel maintenance is preferred. Lifting 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally is required; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
