Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time maintenance worker to perform preventative maintenance, guest room care, and to document work orders. The role requires lifting and standing for extended periods and may involve HVAC/electrical/plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting minor systems, pool care, furniture repairs, and seasonal groundskeeping. Ideal candidates have 6 months of maintenance experience and a related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
