Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. The role involves performing scheduled preventative maintenance, guest room care, and documenting work orders to ensure a safe and inviting environment for guests.

You will troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, repair furniture and equipment, maintain pool systems, and assist with seasonal landscaping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
