Atrium Hospitality in Cary, NC is seeking a proactive hotel maintenance technician to join our team. You will handle guest room care, preventive maintenance, and repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fixtures to ensure top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
