Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Cary, NC is seeking a hotel maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance across guest rooms and common areas. You will document work orders, troubleshoot minor systems, and help keep pools, landscaping, and equipment in top condition.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in general maintenance, be able to lift 25 lbs regularly, and possess HVAC/electrical/plumbing know-how or certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
