Job summary

• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventative maintenance such as changing ceiling tiles, painting, and replacing light fixtures and bulbs to meet brand standards.
• Make minor adjustments and fixes to TV, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances as needed.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs and adjust pool chemicals as required.
• Ensure curb appeal and safety inside and outside the building.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Communicate progress of work assignments and be a team player.
