Job summary

CHR OK WC, LLC is seeking a hotel maintenance worker to assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to meet brand standards. The role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays, a valid drivers license, and strong English communication.

Youll perform tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general carpentry, keep pool logs, and help maintain safety and curb appeal for guests and staff. A team player mindset and physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license with no moving violations in the last 3 years; must be at least 21.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to lift 25lbs to 50lbs; climb, stand, walk.
• Maintain hotel curb appeal and safety inside and outside.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventative maintenance, including changing ceiling tiles, painting, replacing light fixtures and bulbs.
• Make minor adjustments and fixes to TV, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, washers, dryers and other items.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs; adjust pool chemicals as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety inside and outside.
• Other duties as required.
• Communicate progress and receive instructions; be a team player.
