Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, and building systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repairs, and help maintain FF&E, grounds, and pool areas.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and a safe work approach. A high school diploma is preferred, and the hotel values initiative, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems in a hotel setting.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine malfunctions in hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing)
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule
• Inspects and maintains pool and related facilities
• Maintains building exterior and curb appeal
• Follows safety and security procedures
• Assists other engineering personnel when needed
