Job summary

Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join Driftwood Hospitality Management's team, responsible for preventative and repair of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems and for overall property upkeep.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, service the pool, and keep exteriors and public areas in pristine condition, with safety first and a culture of recognition and teamwork at Hilton

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains the hotel pool, including chemicals and filters; logs maintenance requests.
• Maintains exterior and curb appeal (lawn, painting, landscaping).
• Follows safety and security procedures and rules.
• Assists other engineering personnel when needed.
• Performs related duties as requested by supervisor.
