Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to manage preventative and reactive maintenance for hotel systems. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires communication with team members, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule in a busy hotel environment. Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Attention to safety procedures and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool, exterior, and curb appeal; handles logs and records.
