Responsibilities include maintaining facility functionality and safety, responding to guest calls and work orders, performing repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry, conducting preventive maintenance inspections, and documenting repairs and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training or equivalent
• Two years in general building maintenance or construction
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and equipment mechanics
• Reading and writing to follow instructions and read manuals
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility functionality and safety across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Respond to calls and work orders promptly to diagnose and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment
• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Record and report completed repairs and items needing further attention
