Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure all hotel equipment is operating properly and guest areas remain in pristine condition. You will follow Green Shield Binder tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and address work orders promptly under management direction.

Responsibilities include handling routine repairs, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining safety standards across boiler rooms, HVAC, and life safety systems while delivering a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Read and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals and company guidelines.
• Interact with guests, associates and vendors in English.
• Perform simple arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Use measurement units for weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition.
• Complete tasks in a timely fashion as directed by management and Green Shield Binder.
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain cleanliness of building interior, exterior, grounds and parking areas.
• Repair items listed on work orders and document workflow per procedures.
• Maintain records of PM deficiencies, inspections and safety checks.
• Keep all tools and maintenance areas organized and secure.
