Job summary

Vienna Capital Inc. is seeking a Maintenance team member for our hotel to repair and maintain interior and exterior areas while meeting quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.

The role includes routine maintenance, basic plumbing/painting/HVAC/electrical tasks, and assisting with meeting rooms. Flexibility in hours is required and a high school diploma is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related general repair experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, or other repair skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain interior and exterior of hotel.
• Perform routine maintenance like painting, carpet cleaning, caulking.
• Assist with setup/cleanup of meeting rooms.
• Report major repair needs to General Manager.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed.
