Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining hotel facilities including guest rooms, meeting spaces, restaurant and all areas.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Operate and maintain boiler, electrical equipment and power distribution safely.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Update maintenance logs and coordinate with management for work orders.
