Job summary

The role requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, plus reading, writing, and speaking English. You may work nights or weekends as needed in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must meet attendance guidelines and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
• Complete work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Possibly operate heavy machinery when required.
• Report major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager.
• Attend training and departmental meetings as required.
• Maintain professional conduct with casino guests and staff.
