Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior or exterior.

• Ensures compliance with fire and safety regulations and all guidelines.
• Operates fire pump and sprinkler system as required.
• Assists with maintenance on mechanical systems such as pumps and fan coil units.
