Job summary

Raines Co is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and front of house areas. The role supports a full-service hospitality environment with a family-oriented culture and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in hotel maintenance, experience with doors, locks, and hotel equipment, and familiarity with brand standards. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotel maintenance.
• Experience with door lock systems and hotel equipment.
• Familiarity with brand standards in hospitality.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer specs.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
