Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of the house and front of house areas. Established in 1988, Raines Co. develops, manages and owns leading hotel brands and boutique hotels.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge and usage of door lock systems and construction tools.
• Experience repairing laundry and kitchen equipment in hotels.
• Experience with hotel maintenance software like Quore is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors for professional repairs.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures to manufacturer specs.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Attend monthly meetings and fire drills.
