Hotel Equities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Aloft Austin South in Austin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, life safety systems, and general hotel upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and coordinating with managers and contractors. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior hospitality maintenance experience; flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and working order of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up promptly.
• Coordinate with managers and supervise external contractors as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
