Job summary

LRC2 Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for hotel facility upkeep. The role involves hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with responsiveness to guest requests and preventive care of systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus general maintenance experience. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and safety-conscious work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests for maintenance issues.
• Inspect and maintain building systems including safety equipment and emergency lighting.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and maintenance shop.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping.
• Work with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures.

Education
