Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees all engineering/maintenance operations, maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with emphasis on safety, security and asset protection.
• Manages maintenance budget, capital projects, preventive maintenance and energy conservation.
• Maintains regulatory compliance.
• Completes duties and projects assigned promptly and accurately.
• Maintains hotel facilities including guestrooms, public areas, back of house and laundry operations.
• Ensures hotel exterior, parking, landscaping and walkways are well maintained.
