Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance or skilled trades experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance disciplines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies.
• Inspect systems regularly to identify maintenance issues and address them proactively.
• Operate tools and materials safely in compliance with MSDS guidelines.
• Complete maintenance records and assist with dispatch and team workflow as needed.
• Contribute to safe, clean, and well-kept facilities and guest experiences.
