Job summary

Aramark is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support a Miami hotel. You will perform day-to-day repairs across guest rooms and public areas in a hands-on role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel or condo maintenance, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to troubleshoot independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a hotel, condo, or similar facility.
• Hands-on skills in general maintenance (painting, doors, lighting, plumbing).
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn on the job.
• Shift 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Fridays and Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across the hotel (guest rooms and public areas)
• Handle painting, patching, and caulking to maintain appearance and functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair doors, locks, lighting fixtures, and minor electrical issues
• Complete basic plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
• Inspect building areas regularly and address maintenance issues proactively
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Complete routine maintenance checklists (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Report larger repair needs or equipment failures to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Interact professionally with guests and staff in a customer-facing hotel setting
