Job summary
Miami Vacation Rentals is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or residential buildings to keep units in top condition across The Elser, Icon Brickell, Hotel Arya, and Natiivo. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, tackle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance tasks, and ensure guest-ready units.
Safety and efficiency matter; you will own Breezeway tickets, document work with photos, and support timely
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience (hospitality, condo-hotel, or residential).
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, appliance repair, drywall and painting.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work with urgency.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of units and common areas and address work orders.
- Tackle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting tasks; troubleshoot effectively.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Operations to meet turnover timelines.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure repairs meet standards.
- Own Breezeway tickets with updates, photos, and material tracking.
