Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a hotel, condo, or similar facility.
• Hands-on skills in general maintenance (painting, doors, lighting, plumbing).
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn on the job.
• Shift 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Fridays and Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance checklists (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Report larger repair needs or equipment failures to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Interact professionally with guests and staff in a customer-facing hotel setting

The schedule is 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM with days off on Friday and Saturday. • Ability to work scheduled shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, including operational needs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Preferred:

• HVAC experience or technical training
• Experience working in hospitality or customer‑facing environments
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking or inspection routines
