Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep across the hotel, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and staff.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, respond quickly to requests, and support the team with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work while maintaining tools and spaces. This role requires reliability and flexibility, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience is preferred.
• Know-how in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
