Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and staff.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and maintain tools and workspaces. A reliable, safety-focused team player with basic repair skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
