Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and everyday upkeep across the property, helping ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel for guests and team members.

You will complete routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, respond promptly to maintenance requests, assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, and keep tools and workspaces organized for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or building repairs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-focused and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
