LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance in guest rooms and throughout the hotel, ensuring the property remains in top condition. The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, using GC/PM checklists, logging work, and promptly addressing guest requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to manage time to complete daily activities.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physical strength and dexterity for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest room preventive maintenance and general cleaning per guidelines.
• Use GC/PM checklists.
• Record and log work; store reports.
• Monitor progress and results via control systems.
• Address guest and associate requests and complaints promptly.
• Comply with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Support other duties and projects as assigned.
