You will perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs, ensuring equipment, lighting, and facilities are functioning properly to enhance the guest experience.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Ability to inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines for safety and functionality.
• Display basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
• Complete cleaning and housekeeping-related duties; assist inventory.
