The role requires basic maintenance skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering a welcoming guest experience across the property.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply basic math for measurements and quantities.
• Resolve guest issues following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs listed in work orders.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
• Follow Green Shield Binder workflows and safety SOPs.
• Maintain organized and clean work area and inventory.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with property-related tasks.
• Assist with general cleaning of hotel areas as needed.
