Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO and appliance repair certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property assets under guidance of Chief Engineer.
• Assists guests with requests related to maintenance and hospitality grounds.
• Identifies maintenance concerns and recommends service solutions.
• Follows SOPs and safety procedures in all tasks.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and uses PPE as required.
• Performs duties within the engineering department and supports team goals.
